On March 14-15, the 4th International Congress of Real Estate Appraisers of the Turkic Countries was held in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. The topics discussed were the history of formation, the real situation and priorities in the Appraisal activity.

- PURPOSE OF THE UNIFICATIONThe purpose of the association is to consolidate and unite the efforts
of property appraisers of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at increasing
the efficiency of their activities, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the members of the Association. - A BRIEF HISTORYThe association was created in 1996 as the first republican association of independent appraisers. In 2002, it was renamed the "Association of Kyrgyz Appraisers". In 2000, a qualification council for the profession of "property appraiser" was created on its basis. In 2019, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic formed the Register of Appraisers for admission to the EAEU market.
- QUALIFICATIONS OF APPRAISAL SPECIALITSSince April 2019, the Pan-European Classification of Occupations (OKZ 009-2005) has been supplemented with an expanded item-by-item qualification (levels) of appraisal specialists:
- movable property appraiser;
- real estate appraiser;
- agricultural land appraiser;
- expert appraiser of intellectual property rights and intangible assets;
- expert appraiser of investment projects;
- expert of a self-regulatory organization of appraisers and other related occupations.
